1. DECT ("Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications") wireless technology is suitable for voice, multimedia, and data networking traffic, including Internet access, and integrates well with other fixed and wireless services such as ISDN and GSM, according to the DECT Forum. DECT also boasts a claimed range of up to a few hundred meters (1,000-3,000m), encryption to ensure a high degree of call security, and "optimized" radio transmission that maximizes handheld device battery life.
2. In order to enhance the quality of audio and video, we are using the format of DVD in broadcasting video. Thus, we can offer the stereo and high resolution on-board entertainment for passengers. Also, the digital data encryption technology can provide a high resolution and clear images for parking and surveillance.
3. Expandable: At that moment, the on-board entertainment can offer 4 broadcasting channels. We believe that more broadcasting channels and more features such as payment system, can be offered in the coming future.
